Prolectric continues award nomination run

We are delighted to announce that Prolectric has been shortlisted for no less than two prestigious 'BristolLive Business Awards', making this the 5^th award nomination this month.

BristolLive Business Awards recognise the city's most successful companies and showcase the many incredible success stories – from large corporations to SMEs. Now more than ever, we strongly believe in the importance of celebrating the positive accomplishment of businesses in Bristol. Prolectric was shortlisted for the following:

• Environmental Contribution Award
• Innovation Award 

The innovation nomination recognises the contribution our solar hybrid generator (the ProPower) has made to deliver sustainable power to worksites. The ProPower was designed, built and engineered by our in-house Research & Development team in Clevedon, UK. It utilises efficient, intelligent, cutting-edge renewable hybrid technology, significantly reducing noise, fuel usage and carbon emissions onsite.

Recently, a key player in the plant rental sector replaced a number of their old diesel generators with the ProPower. As a result, in just one month, their customers reduced their diesel usage by 29,512 litres, saving 79 tonnes of CO2 and a combined total of £56,000.

The sustainable & ethical manufacturer nomination recognises our contribution to driving down carbon emissions across the industry. Since launching the first solar tower lights to the market in 2017, Prolectric's customers have saved a combined 25,053,184 kg of CO2 & 9,346,080 litres of diesel.
